Appointed as Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement πŸ“˜

I am honored to share that I have been appointed as an Associate Editor (AE) of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement (IEEE TIM), following an invitation based on my recognized contributions to the journal as both an author and reviewer.

IEEE TIM is widely regarded as the leading journal in Instrumentation and Measurement, ranked No. 1 in General I&M by Impact Factor and positioned in Q1 of both the Instruments & Instrumentation and Electrical & Electronic Engineering categories of the Journal Citation Reports (JCR). Serving on its editorial board is both a privilege and a responsibility that I value greatly.

Editorial Role and Responsibilities ✍️

As an Associate Editor, I will contribute to the peer-review and editorial decision-making process, supporting the journal’s mission to publish high-quality, rigorous, and impactful research across the full spectrum of instrumentation and measurement science.

In this role, I will contribute to the review of research on measurement and analysis in bioengineering and biomedical instrumentation, including wearable sensing, physiological signal acquisition, real-time and longitudinal measurements, and measurement-based decision support, with a focus on AI- and machine learning–driven methods addressing real-world instrumentation challenges such as signal quality, reliability, robustness, and interpretability in healthcare settings.
